Andrew Riddles is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Intellectual Property practice group and is based in the New York office.
Andrew has over 25 years of experience in virtually every aspect of intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on medical devices and matters relating to medical technology; including patent procurement, new product clearance, freedom of use investigation and litigation. He was also involved in some of the pioneering business method and computer software patent cases in the United States. In addition to patent matters, Andrew is also regularly involved in trademark, copyright, trade secret, false advertising and unfair competition matters on behalf of clients.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Columbia University in 1979, a master of business administration degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1982, a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1985 and a master of laws degree from New York University in 1988.
