Christina Cattin-Koch is one of the founders and managing partners of CMCK Solutions with offices based in Geneva and Singapore. She works with multinationals, international organizations, universities, business schools and medium to small sized corporations on a global basis.
Christina focuses on the people side of an organization’s success and works extensively on consultancy projects that assist customer organizations to develop the abilities of their people to achieve business results. Projects range from working with senior management to set, communicate and implement strategy, to the design, development and implementation of customized training solutions to equip front-line employees with new or enhanced skills.
Her experience with global solutions enables her to factor in cultural elements and create solutions that meet the diverse needs of customers across a range of industries and disciplines.
She has designed and she regularly delivers training and staff development programs for people with multicultural backgrounds on various types of business skills such as Sales and Negotiation, Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Team Building, Communication, Influencing, Presentation, Training and Facilitation and many more. Her business background ranges from Training and Development, Human Resources, Customer Services, Marketing to the development of E-Learning Solutions for various different customers.
Christina has a university degree in Business Administration and Economics and has a certification as Shipbroker from the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. She is a certified trainer and facilitator by the Master Institute of Training. She is a DiSC™ certified trainer and executive coach and certified to administer various psychometric and organizational profiling systems. She is bi-lingual German-English and fluent in French.
