You can change your password at any time by going to “My Account” and selecting the “My Profile” tab. Enter a new password in the text box provided and then confirm your new password again in the following text box. Be sure to click on the button “Update Profile” at the bottom of your screen to submit your changes to the system. You will receive an email confirmation when you change your password.

In order to access your courses, you must first log-in with your username and password. You will automatically be taken to your “My Account” section where you can simply click on a course title to access the course video as well as all handouts, related course documents, case studies and post course quiz.
Like most common online video players, the course player allows you to start, stop, pause and navigate through the various slides contained within the course itself. You can also use the Outline tab on the side to select individual slides or sections of the course or use the Search tab function to access content by keyword.

After having successfully passed your post course quiz, go to “My Account” and click on the tab “Training History”. You can download your certificate by clicking on the link “View Certificate”.
